Returns Policy

Our goal is to ensure that you are happy with your purchases, however if you receive a yarn that is not to your liking in some way, please know that you are welcome to return it for credit within 14 days of purchase. We simply require that:

  • The yarn be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • You email us first ( with your name, address, email, order number, and item being returned
  • You wait for the email back from us with directions for shipping the item to us. We do not refund the original shipping cost, nor do we pay for the return shipping. You might consider insuring your return, as we can only give you a refund for items that actually arrive back to us. As soon as we receive the item back, we will issue you a store credit for the amount returned (less our shipping costs if this return was sent with free shipping).
  • We are unable to accept returns of gift certificates, patterns, books, and needles.

Please note: Woolstop will be closed between Saturday the 16th and Saturday the 23rd of June due to a family holiday. Any orders placed after 3pm on Friday the 15th of June will be fulfilled on Monday the 25th when we reopen. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Jennifer xx Dismiss
